• All consumers should be treated as individuals where the focus is ability, not disability.

• All consumers have the same rights as non-consumers and should be encouraged to provide input into their person centered plan.

• All consumers have the same responsibilities as non-consumers and should be provided with opportunities to be contributing members of society.

• Care Management Services will advocate on behalf of the consumer to embrace inclusion in the natural environment.

• Care Management Services understands the impact the family has on each consumer and we strive to educate and respect the role of the family as the primary caregiver/teacher.
